Redpark Releases the First PoE-Powered USB-C Dock for iPad

PoE-Powered USB-C Dock for iPad Now Shipping

Redpark is now shipping a PoE-Powered Dock that connects a USB-C iPad or iPhone to Gigabit Ethernet, charges the iPad, and connects the iPad to one or more USB-C devices. c6-poedock “This Dock connects an iPad to gigabit ethernet and also enables users to use PoE to power the iPad as well any attached USB devices,” explained Redpark President, Mike Ridenhour. “It is a versatile tool that can be used to power an iPhone Pro recording ProRes video to an SSD, to power an iPad and RFID reader, or perhaps to power an iPad and its point of sale peripherals.”

The Dock can be used with any USB device that is natively supported by iPad OS. The PoE Powered USB-C Dock for iPad (part #C6-POEDOCK) has an MSRP of $149 and is available today.
